Each relationship begins with a detailed on-site cellar inspection. A Prestige cellar technician assesses the climate system, lighting, materials and finishes to identify any areas requiring adjustment or repair.

Scheduled Maintenance
Based on your cellar's size, design and usage, we set your maintenance schedule. Every Prestige Care plan includes two full service visits a year: climate calibration, filter replacement, system cleaning and humidity regulation to keep your cellar performing like new.

Performance Optimization
Our technicians ensure your cooling systems and insulation operate at peak efficiency. We recalibrate temperature and humidity levels for both energy performance and wine preservation.

Repair & Restoration
When something fails, we handle custom wine cellar repair, from cooling units and seals to glass, and wine cellar restoration of worn finishes. We're an authorized WhisperKOOL, Wine Guardian, CellarPro and LRC Coil dealer, and we repair Breezaire and CellarCool units too. If a unit needs replacing, the $500 service call is credited toward the new unit.

Do you repair wine cellars you didn't build?
Yes. We service cellars regardless of who built them. A $500 service call puts a technician on site to diagnose the cooling system, and if the unit needs replacing, that fee is credited toward the new unit.
Do you offer commercial wine cellar maintenance?
Yes. We maintain cellars for restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues as well as private homes. Same-day emergency dispatch and 24/7 remote monitoring are available on Prestige Care Black.
My wine cellar isn't cooling. What should I do?
