Every Prestige cellar is engineered before it is built. Construction begins with the envelope — a continuous vapor barrier and closed-cell spray foam insulation that seal the room against the humidity and temperature swings that quietly ruin a collection. Only once the space is airtight do we integrate climate control, with a cooling system sized to the room’s exact load rather than pulled from a catalogue, so temperature and humidity hold steady year-round. Inside, custom white oak millwork is cut to the drawing and finished by hand, and the racking is engineered for the weight it carries and the bottles it presents. The result performs like laboratory equipment and reads like furniture.
