We’ve had our wine cellar since we first purchased our home in Austin. Recently our cooling unit stopped working so we called Prestige. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer a lot of our questions on the phone. They sent a refrigeration tech out to diagnose the problem and ultimately we had to replace the unit. They sent Vintage Wine Storage to our home, picked up our entire wine collection, and stored it at their secure facility while the repairs were being done. Once the new cooling unit was installed, they brought back our collection and organized it exactly as it was. My wife and I are very impressed at the level of professionalism and expertise.
I had a friend recommend Prestige Wine Cellars for my custom wine cellar in Westlake Hills. MAN was I impressed with Andrew and his team. Their level of experience and knowledge when it came to temperature and humidity control for the wine cellar refrigeration was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable about using them. The design process was super smooth and Andrew absolutely nailed it the first time. Construction phase lasted about 3 weeks and there was a delay on the cooling unit but they communicated the entire time. We had to wait 8 weeks for the custom wine racking to arrive, which seems normal. Overall the entire process was fairly simple and we are thrilled with the final result. I will definitely be telling everyone I know what a great job Andrew and Prestige do.
