Project Concept
The Cambria Waco Hotel sought to create a bold visual statement for guests entering the property’s main restaurant and lounge area. Prestige Wine Cellars designed and built a fully enclosed, climate-controlled glass wine cellar that serves as both a functional storage solution and an architectural centerpiece.
Constructed with ½” frameless glass panels, precision-milled aluminum, and warm walnut accents, the cellar embodies a modern balance of transparency and texture. Its clean lines and reflective surfaces amplify its beauty, allowing the collection to take center stage while maintaining a sleek, contemporary aesthetic suited to the hotel’s design language.
Our Process
This project began with a comprehensive site analysis and collaboration with the hotel’s architectural and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration within the existing space. Our designers worked to maximize bottle capacity while preserving sightlines through the lobby and dining area.
The greatest technical challenge was the installation of the cooling system. Our team engineered a custom mechanical solution that fit precisely within the existing HVAC layout, ensuring consistent temperature and humidity control without disrupting the hotel’s infrastructure.
From fabrication to installation, every detail — from aluminum millwork to the alignment of each wine display rail — was executed with precision to uphold Prestige’s standard of luxury craftsmanship.

The finished result is a walk-in wine cellar that elevates the Cambria Waco Hotel’s dining experience, offering guests a dramatic introduction to the property’s atmosphere.
